New members are always welcome.
Bewdley Historical Research Group has created and accumulated a huge database over the years. It covers census entries, parish records, wills, maps, and photographs. Some of our research has been published (click here to discover more), but members have access to the database of information.
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to become a member of the Bewdley Historical Research Group. The subscription is £15.00 per annum and this includes access to our research and our library, along with the right to vote on the future direction of Bewdley Historical Research Group. No expertise is required, simply a passion for local history.
Those under 18 pay no subscription but can have access, as well as help in pursuing their interests, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The ability to use a computer is helpful, but not essential. No previous experience in undertaking research is required; existing Bewdley Historical Research members can act as guides.
